I'm pretty sure they don't; I believe only a few national parks out west provide such lockers.

Tellico Ranger District of Cherokee National Forest. I recommend calling the ranger station (423-253-8400) w/ any questions or concerns you may have.
Black bears are incredibly powerful, smart, and food-driven with a sense of smell much greater than a bloodhound's. Here's a very interesting article on attempts to thwart them:
