Turkey creek has some of the highest rent around. Parts of Bearden are trying to follow suit. I think some places could have made it in Turkey Creek if they were smaller or not in Turkey Creek. Not sure about prices on the strip but I know that the business is very seasonal and the summer months can be long. Which is the reason for places closing there all the time.

I hope it doesn't seem that I am trying to be negative. I would love to have more independent restaurants and better quality of food. I just don't like seeing good people lose everything.

A Pho house - I love Pho.

But heed advice and watch the business end of it like the others said. How about South Knoxville?

Thank you all for the input. It has been very helpful and will be taken in consideration more than you ever know!! We I considering doing a test run. We do not want to use friends or family for the food tasting we need some objective opinions. Right now we are looking for the best location to have our taste of Viet if you will. Any suggestions for a location. We have also started speaking to some local businesses regarding putting just the egg rolls out during lunch rushes.. maybe even go the catering route.. Just experimenting right now...
