Dunkin Donuts is opening a new store on Campbell Station Road in addition to their Cedar Bluff location.

I, like lightybug, am another potential resident who seconds the bringing on of Dunkin Donuts. Mmmmm...donuts.

There used to be Dunkin Donuts here many years ago, but they all shut down except for the one on Cedar Bluff. Same goes for Nashville and Memphis. I wonder why they think they'll be more successful this time. Have they changed their recipe or added new products that they didn't have 15 years ago? I'm not trying to be argumentative, I really do want to know.

They improved their coffee dramatically - maybe it was good for business?

You beat me to it. The doughnuts aren't much different, but the store itself is. I was just at one in Middle Tennessee and it's like a Starbucks with better pastries and more reasonable prices.

Really? I haven't been in a Dunkin' Donuts in more than 12 years!

Yeah the Middle TN one was very nice, more modern coffee house-ish than anything else. I'm not sure about elsewhere since all of the FL ones I've been to are like the dumpy old ones, but I haven't been to an FL on in a couple of years...

And their food is pretty good, still not light like crispy kreme, but tasty and more filling. I understand their muffins are popular too and they serve breakfast food.
