Yes, but it was back in the 90's when I lived in Farragut.

I was just wondering if it was interesting.
I know that they have nice tours of homes, like vintage homes and "Parade of Homes." The homes are architecturally interesting? I'm asking because I have NO idea. In my mind I pictured cookie-cutter subdivision. ![]() |

I do not think that they are that architecturally interesting. But that's just me.

If you google the address, hit maps and go to street view you can decide if you want to tour the house. We didn't get to TN this summer, like I had hoped, so I go on street tours all the time. It has been fun doing that.

This is very cool.... we visited Tellico Village and liked it very much. We will have to attend next year. We plan <crossing fingers> to move somewhere in Tellico Village.

I still have better things than to go to a tour, but we all have different priorities. |

Tellico Village is not your typical Erik Estrada deal. Usually those are just a rip off. Erik got involved with a group that bought up a bunch of the lots and is reselling them. He is not involved with the property owners group, or the original developers. You can get much better deals on lots and homes through your standard method of shopping for real estate. No need for Erik and his buddies.
