Where to buy wheat in Gatlinburg area
Can anybody tell me where we can buy wheat in the Gatlinburg area? I don't mean wheat for livestock, I mean the kind of wheat a person grinds into flour to make bread and stuff.

I really don't know but I would suggest calling UT Ag campus and asking them or calling a local baker such as this one Hillside Bakery - Knoxville, Tennessee - Handcrafted Organic Artisan Breads (http://www.hillside-bakery.com/index.html - broken link) and asking their source. Another thought would be the local extension office. Good luck!

Sometimes organic coops sell wheat in bulk and you mill it yourself. Check the local coops in the area.
