Not in Gatlinburg...but instead in Sevierville near the intersection of Hwy 66 and the Parkway. Locally owned Hibachi-style restaurant has been serving great Chinese/Japanese cuisine for years. I wish I could recall the name right now...

Best chinese in the area is lil' ol China Town, right at the intersection of Parkway and 66 in Sevierville. Behind the not functional in years yet painted like a trolley gas station. We've been eating there for years. As a matter of fact, we walk in and the waiter comes over and tells us what we're gonna order as he writes it down- he has a pretty good memory, lol! No buffet, so it's all fresh and made to order. Enjoy.

There is a place behind Blue Moose in Pigeon Forge called Little Tokyo, Hibachi Grill and its packed all the time, heard its really good, also heard there is a place down towards Dolly Parton Parkway a bit thats supposed to be great but not sure of the name of it or exact location.
