I was with a major developer today who has done all of Longview on Rudder Lane, Victoria's Inlet, Getttysvue, Tellico Harbor, River Club, and is working on Allegheny Cove and the new commercial development in Lenoir City, and we were actually discussing Three Sisters in some detail. They will be doing it right, and keeping the natural beauty of the land intact, though not nearly anytime soon. Stating hopes for late '09 infrastructure construction is modest. Future annexation is a definite possibility.
