3VP is on a distinguished road
I think Tenn. today is is like Fla. was many years ago, FRIENDLIER!!!
I believe that most of the unfriendly attitude is coming from the transplants from large cities in the north. If you experience the unfriendly behavior from natie Floridians it is probably in relation to the behavior from non native. " Can't we all just get along?". I myself am a native of Florida and I love the attitude in Tenn.(...think I developed carpol tunnel from all the waving). Can't wait untill I add myself and family to the population of Decatur. If you see me on the road please wave. (preferably not the one finger wave)
