Question...Sevierville and Pigeon Forge

Seymour traffic is getting just as bad though. And the bad thing about the traffic in Seymour is that it isn't tourism. It is always here. Boyds Creek Rd. anytime around school let in/let out times is pitiful. 411 North coming to Chapman intersection is awful in the mornings. And of course prices are down but they are expensive in Seymour. I have noticed a few s/d's with starter style house but they are few and far between.

My wife and I spent a few days in Gatlinburg last October and talked about what it would be like to live there. I think if I had to live in the area, I would go for Sevierville or out around Townsend or something. I don't know how to airbrush a t shirt so i wouldn't do much good in Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg. Love to visit there though! And, for some reason, it seems like when we go through Maryville on our way home, we always manage to stop and eat at Shoney's there in town. lol
