Foster parent/medicaid info (Maryville: moving to, kids, water)

Hi all, I am very interested in moving to the Maryville area, and have one adopted and one foster child, with possible adoption in the works. We have a doctor here in Clearwater that we LOVE, that, and family are the only things keeping us here. My question is, are there any foster families there that could vouch for the "system" ? Here in Florida, we have LOTS of kids in the foster care system, and a large well staffed support system. Thanks!!!

The one caution that I would give you, is to make sure that you can move out of state with your foster child before you move.
