thanks to all for answering my subject. ill look into the norris area. im looking for a small town but with access to grocery stores. walmarts depress me but theres no getting away from.

i see that norris sets below a TVA dam and im not about to invest in that area.

Exactly!!!!! I'd hate to see what would happen if the same irresponsibility (by TVA) that happened with the ash spill at the Kingston Steam Plant was applied to the Norris Dam. Lookout downstream!

exactly, TVA has put all their resources on those spills so the rest of their enitys will go unguarded except for the CEO's pay raise
