all of the questions I asked relate to things that i have heard FROM PEOPLE IN TENNESSEE. Now, most of these people are from in and around Nashville, so I just wanted to know a little bit about the culture and scene of KNOXVILLE and how it varies, becuase yes it actually is hard for vegetarians to eat out, which i like to do. But I loved Tennessee when I was there - I love the people and places and it is my favorite place I have ever visited. Does that not count for anything?

Im sorry if I offended anyone but it may be wise is, if in the future, you wait before judging some one for judging.
Wow. I can only say that I did not judge you and I am sorry that you made that wrong assumption. I think the members here have tried to give you "real" answers as they know them based on your post above.

Based on your list of things you hate: football, sweet tea, and a dislike for country music I am not sure that Knoxville is the place for you. (and you are right, eating out vegetarian here is doable but not always easy) That pains me to say that because I love it here so much and I want everyone to be as happy as I am. But I realize that happiness comes in different locations. Wishing you all the best.

My intentions too, SMG.

Nothing worse than being *stuck* somewhere you aren't really happy.
