No more Heartland Series!
They reported on the news today that WBIR is not going to produce any more Heartland Series episodes. I am soooo sad!! They'll continue running reruns but because of budget constraints won't be making any new ones.  |

Bummer. It was a great, great show highlighting the region's heritage.
Well, maybe they can pay Robin Wilhoit more and she can replace that red, Michael Jackson-esque jacket she routinely wears with something from this decade. That would almost make up for them canceling The Heartland Series. |

That is very bad/sad news.  Maybe in some time they will start producing them again?

Are you sure it's not in the Spendapalooza bill? I'm thinking it might be on page 957 or thereabouts that no one has read, yet.
