I'd like to contact the legislator that is pushing for death certificates for abortions.

His logic is extremely flawed, to say the least, and he's pandering in my opinion.

Thanks...I was having trouble finding his name.

It appears there are others way ahead of me from some research I've done this morning.

Yeah, he's caused a little rucous with this one (along with various others). He tried to pass it in 2007 with no luck whatsoever, now again in 2009.

Here's the entire TN representatives page for you.
http://www.legislature.state.tn.us/house/members/

Here's the list of his sponsored bills, you're talking about bill 817 and 819, the vital records...

I'm also curious to read more about bill 798. JMT, any thoughts on this one, professors by law being allowed to carry handguns on universities?

Isn't that the same legislator who was trying to pass a bill to lift Tennessee regulation on packaging and labeling for selling horse meat, which still is banned for sale under federal law anyway?

Clown is being kind...thanks for the email, I have a letter to write too.

At this point I blame his district's constituents, who keep voting this carpetbagging, do-nothing d-bag into office.
