I had lunch at a RR in Michigan, and I thought my food was good. Service was friendly too. They have a very interesting menu, and the decor was interesting as well. It was only one visit, so we'll see how it goes with this new store. I'll be in Knoxville from the 19th to th 22nd, so hopefully they will be officially open then.

Just checked out RR's menu....I doubt I could finish a $10 gourmet burger, and I know they won't look like the pictures, but the toppings are sure enticing. A hamburger joint with alcohol!?? Well nobody mentioned that! It will be a very unique experience INDEED.

I feel it's important to point out the fries, too. They're good AND they're refillable...for free!

OMG, free refills on fries? Their menu is a lot like Cheeburger. I can tell you I'm gonna like the place. I just won't get there too often unfortunately. I hope they can put vanilla syrup in the cokes!

Ahhh.... you know of Cheeburger?!?!

We're moving to NM at the end of May and were in Chattanooga last month after a whirlwind shopping trip to Ikea in Atlanta. We made it a point to stop by Cheeburger Cheeburger for lunch. Had to sit outside to keep an eye on our furniture on the truck but MAN!! The burger, fries, onion rings and chocolate cherry shakes were sooooo worth it!

I will not be going to Red Robin, not because of the gnat pee reviews, but because it's located in Concrete Creek.

When RR first came to my area, they were disasters. I got so many free meals because they screwed up our food to the point of serving raw burgers one time and the wrong meals a few times. They did comp the meals and give us coupons to come back.

It took a few months for them to get everything worked out. Their grand opening week they ran out of soda and a lot of menu items! It was their first location in this area. It's been a few years and it's very reliable now. They've had time to work everything out and get better staff. So if it's a disappointment your first time, go back a few months later and see if it's better.
