A REALLY nit-picky home inspector???
Hey guys~
I'm FINALLY purchasing in Maryville!!! YAAAAYYYY!!! 
Can anyone PM me the name of the pickiest, most thorough, misses NOTHING home inspector that will haul out to Maryville to inspect a home for me??? I'm anxious to get into the house ASAP. I need to move in ~45 days!! 
You guys have been SOOOO helpful in this past year, and I really appreciate your help!!

Yes, as napster probably already informed you, look into Barking Spider. He does an excellent job, is exceptionally thorough, and won't sugarcoat it for you, which is what you want in your home inspection. Highly recommended!

Ditto, Barking spider, the best. I have dm you also. Welcome to our neigboring town, and you need to visit knox often. Things will turn up, on any inspection, so just chill and work it out. Good luck.
