1. How close do you want to be to Knoxville? I think Sequoyah Hills is beautiful, and not cookie cutter.
2. 83 degrees average first week of June, 88 first week of July. Don't know about likelihood of rain.
3. Best burgers? Don't have as much experience as others, but I hear Littons and Red Robin (chain) at Turkey Creek are good. I would eat at Downtown Grill and Brewery and then walk around Market Square. So many great restaurants in the area.
4. Smoky mountains. Gatlinburg Aquarium.
