We've got Earth Fare, a great southeast chain out of the Carolinas.

One opened several years ago in Turkey Creek and a second, bigger one will be opening in Bearden June 10.
We also have a couple of Fresh Markets and quite a few seasonal Farmer's Markets where you'll find lots of organic veggies, local honey, meats, cheese, eggs, butter, baked goods, etc.
Knoxville is still surrounded by a lot of farms and there are still some in Knox County. The State of Tennessee is actively promoting and helping them go organic and keeping the family farm alive.
