Thank you so much Smoky! What do folks think about Saddle Ridge? I'm seeing some good things online in this range within it, and seems to have nice sidewalks, pool, tennis.

...also Brixworth seems to have a lot of bang for the buck in the high 4's low 5's...

To tell you the truth, I am not meeting a lot of Knoxville natives here in Knoxville. Of course, they are here, but it is not like you'd find in a deep woods southern town at all.

Both Saddle Ridge and Brixworth are fine. Brixworth, imho, isn't as "family friendly" as MC or SR. Still, a lovely neighborhood (with some very steep streets!). Gorgeous views of the water from that neighborhood!
