Default Royal Springs Blvd near Willow Creek Youth Park

Good morning, I haven't posted here in some time. We are still considering relo to the area.

Can you please tell me if this is a nice, safe family oriented area? The schools named on the real estate listing for the home are Adrian Burnett Elem, Halls Elem, Halls Middle and Halls High. Are these considered good schools? Appears to be North Knoxville on the map.

Thank you for any input.

All are in North Knoxville, and Halls is considered, good. You can go to kgis.org and check out the ratings.

Thank you, Bob. I will do some more research.

BTW, my family and I are considering a week long trip to Knoxville next month. I wasn't able to locate anything suitable on the vacation sites (condos or cabins) directly in Knoxville.

Would you happen to have any realtor friends in the vacation or short term rental biz? Looking for a 2BR condo, cabin, townhome or small house. Hotels aren't for us; we need more than one room with two young children.

I found a nice condo in Pigeon Forge, but we really wanted to be IN Knoxville.

Thank you again for any input.
