Apartment Complexes in Seymour?
I have searched Yellow Pages.com and other sites for a list of apartment complexes in Seymour. I have only found one - Smoky Crossing. Are there others? We are looking for something nice, but it doesn't have to be extravagant. Any information is appreciated.
Thank you!

That's the biggest, most normal one (pool, clubhouse, etc). There are small ones here and there - 4 unit buildings, for example. There are apartments in south Knoxville. I'll see if I can find out more about Seymour at work tomorrow.

They are townhomes at Smoky Crossing actually. I really don't want to go as far north as South Knoxville, but I appreciate anything you can find out about Seymour. Thank you!

Just as I figured, there's only a few small apt buildings and they don't really advertise, only when they need tenants. They don't have any frills. I can drive by 1 or 2 this weekend and see if they have any signs. How many bedrooms do you want?

Hi NJ. Thanks for the offer, but please don't go to a whole lot of trouble! We need at least 2, but preferably 3. Do the smaller ones look dumpy from the outside?

I think someone that is on this forum lives there. Are those the ones that the lady from Miami lives in? I don't remember her name anymore. SMG? You know the lady. Does she live there?
If she does, she loves those townhouses.

Arthur Properties were good to us. They have a variety of units, some are duplexes. Nice, nice people to rent from. Of course some properties are better than others. They do the mowing and upkeep. You do your part by keeping the place tidy.

I live at Smoky Crossing, have been here for two years and have been very happy, they are very spacious townhomes, they have 2 bedrooms, mine is a 3/2 1/2. The maintenance is great here, call and they are always here fast to fix things, lawn guys are here all the time. Clubhouse, gym, pool, tennis courts, walking trail, ball park. Seymour doesnt really have a lot of rentals although they just built some new townhomes, they are for lease and for sale, forgot the name but will see the sign tomorrow and post it for you.
