Looking for short-term housing in Knoxville area (apartment, leases)

My family is relocating to the Knoxville area and we are looking to rent a 4 bed/2 bath house for about 4 months, that accepts pet and has a garage. Does anyone know of places that rent short-term. We'd settle for a large 3 bedroom apartment as long as dogs are okay and there's a garage. We're from Colorado Springs and aren't finding much from our long-distance search. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!

Good luck, as you going to find it difficult, to rent most homes, as they usually want a minimum of one year, but I have some clients, that are waiting a purchase, and they were able to get a month to month, at Forrest Ridge and they have 3 br. and they have 2 large dogs.

Check out Emerald Woods. They have garages, accept dogs, and have 6 month leases.
