Wink Riverside Manor Apts

In the Daily Times I saw an ad for the Riverside Manor Apts and it said they were rated well, has anyone had any experience with them at all? They are quite reasonable.....These are on Alcoa Hwy

I had friends who lived in Riverside Manor. They are very reasonably priced apartments. There are really only two drawbacks for me. Apparently the Alcoa water treatment plant is nearby because occasionally there is a HUGE, foul odor that permeates everything. You can't open your windows. I'd go visit my friends and have to hold my breath between my car and their apartment. Or maybe it's from some of the cattle farms that are next door, I don't know.

There's a huge flea market next to those apartment complexes (Riverside Manor is one of several in that area) so there's a lot of traffic when the flea market is open.

Because of the cheap rent, there are also a lot of Hispanics in that area. I don't consider that to be a negative, but some people do.

Thanks for the info on the apartments, I guess u get what u pay for ha? LOL I think maybe I need to look at the apartment guide some more and see if there is any other apartments in the area to look at. There are tons of cheap apartments in the paper, but unless u can get a complex of some sort u really don't have any info or pictures. But, I would rather rent from a private party it is hard to do long distance.

U are a gem for answering my questions!
