Haha. Still, someone could include it in their greater Knoxville "headhunting" ability.

...and an apartment headhunter for Morristown would have to speak Spanish. I'm not saying that's a bad thing, but it is the reality of the place.

If you are looking for somewhere close to knox and morristown, I'd go with Jefferson City. 25 min to east morristown and 35 min to east knoxville. Between Jefferson City and Knoxville there is Nothing! Just very rural areas. I don't know much about renting in jefferson city but, here are some listing for morristown:
The summit apartment, 1150 Mcfarland St, Morristown, TN - (423) 200-4482 1-4br $425 and up. (1 brs are quite small) w/d connections, pool, gym, nice views, tennis court, basketball court. I think they do 1yr leases though but, I'm not really sure.
Carlyle 518 S Liberty Hill Rd, Morristown, TN - (423) 581-6329, there are several development in town. Not sure about the rent, leasing or ameneties.
Ramada does short term executive rentals. (or, at least they did several years ago. not sure about now but, I believe they still do.) 3304 W. Andrew Johnson Hwy, Morristown, TN - (423) 581-8700 I once worked for a Dr. that lived here for 2 months after coming to Morristown, while she was looking for a house.
Or, you could try citizentribune.com and, if the address is listed. Look it up on google street view. Good Luck.

Not that it matters but after living in San Antonio for 6 years and with a son that took 3 years of spanish in high school, speaks it fluently and is fresh back from Spain... it's "poquito" if I am not mistaken. (a rolling r after the first o before the q)
As far as Morristown goes; some of the Cherokee Lake homes have a Morristown address and they seem very nice.
I have to agree with Kitties; I would live in Knoxville and drive to M-town. It isn't that bad of a drive.

I found a place for you.
I believe that it fulfills most of your requirements:
approximately $800 in rent
Parking readily available
over 900 square feet
19 minutes to Morristown
at least two bedrooms
washer dryer hookup
Pictures and address available
http://knoxville.craigslist.org/apa/1262671866.html
Let me know if I win the headhunting prize.

Don't know if this would help, but there is Walters state college in Morristown. They might be able to assist if there is a student housing office. I found my very first place to live thru a college referral office.

Yeah, that unit you posted has been for rent for months. Only problem is that it is so big the utilities would be above logical budget. Thank you though!

The reason that it hasn't been rented out in months is because the county's unemployment rate is 12.7 percent.
I posted this a few months ago. You will probably want to read it.

It's 1,300 square feet. The rest is basement. It's $825 a month. If you can't swing that, I fail to see how you would have been able to rent a loft in downtown Knoxville.
