Need help finding playgrounds in West Knoxville
We moved to West Knoxville two weeks ago and are looking for a playground for my 9-mo old daughter. Just wondering if anyone knows any good one for infants nearby? Thank you for your help!

Hi,
I also live in West Knoxville and there are two parks that I really enjoy, both have baby swings. The first is the one next to the YMCA west location. It has two playgrounds, one is meant for younger children/infants. The other one is Walker Springs Park. It is kinda hidden away behind Walker Springs Apartments but it is small and not overwhelming for little ones. It is shaded with a gazebo and bathrooms.

Thank you so much for your recommendations !! We went to West Hill Park (next to YMCA West) and had a great time there Walker Springs Park would be our next goal.

Hey withmetta, you might also check out the Cove on Northshore, and also Anchor Park, on Turkey Creek, which is right off of Concord rd. For water fun, check out Carl Cowan Park, on Northshore and have fun and be safe.

Are you choosing Knoxville over Minnesota? Can't imagine why . JK hope we get to keep you . Btw I second old man's recommendations of some of the "lake parks".
