I live on the outskirts of Greeneville, TN. We have several industries here and a huge demand for construction workers in our area. There are several larger cities within 25 - 50 miles of here. Property cost is very reasonable exspecially if you want to live on the outskirts. You can buy a really nice house and piece of property for less than $150,000.00 Look us up on the map and you can also call Chamber Of Commerce/Greene County Partnership @(423)638-4111 and they will send you an entire packet filled with information about our towns history, schools, jobs, and much more!

Have you considered Greeneville, TN? We are a small town within a short distance to several major cities. We have a low crime rate here, good schools, two community hospitals. G'ville has the mountains, rivers, parks, walking trails, historic downtown. We are a small land development group looking to attract people to our area.
