Lotus Lake is on a distinguished road
Default Rarity Pointe

Thinking of visiting Lake Tellico and looking at Rarity Pointe and Rarity Bay. Any feelings about these developments and their parent companies? I know there are some law suits involving the parent company. Does it seem risky to buy at this time or an opportunity? Any thoughts on the large marina at Pointe? Is is too big? Is the boat traffic manageable on Tellico? Thanks for any input on the properites.

Why Tellico lake? It is a nice lake but there are others. Not sure about the lawsuit or financial condition, you hear rumors but who knows. The Rarity properties are worth your time if you like water sports, golf, and gated communities with themed architecture and standards. There are other communities along the lake. There are great buys in both of these communities if you know where to look..Make sure you find someone who is very knowledgeable about real estate in both communities, do your research, lots of opportunities to make a bad decision,or a good one, if you find the right lot. The marina will be big, it is well done, size not a big deal as the lake does not have much traffic now.Hope this helps.
