Yes, and I think that one can actually live in parts of Anderson County as well, and also have a Powell postal address.

No. Not that I'm aware of, and I was at that Lowe's a couple of hours ago. No new subdivision. Behind Lowe's and all the way down Callahan to I-75, it is mostly industrial. There's a new (well, kinda new) mom and pop restaurant with home cooking that looks kind of neat. I dance studio and bounce house place and a sub shop run by the "Big Brother" guy (it's not very good) but mostly industry and some trailers and such. Still, not a bad area.

your best bet is to go north on 75 to emory rd. go east or west on emory. you'll see more options that you can digest in a month and you'll only be 15 minutes from downtown and 20 minutes form anywhere else either by interstate or backroads.

Oh my gosh Ohio Fisherman! This is EXACTLY when my husband and I are looking for too! He is disabled as well but he's only 48 years old. Has Primary Progress MS. We are from Michigan and can't stand it any more, lol.
