Knox County employee busted in a county vehicle with crack cocaine, handgun, Xanax for sale, DUI, filing the serial number off of a handgun, possession of a knife, methadone pills, reckless endangerment, refusing to take a breathalyzer and others. He has at least one previous run in with police. He is back out on the streets again.
