Default Any pics of Maryville?

My husband and I are looking to move to Maryville and wonder if anyone has pics they could share with us before we take a trip down. Thank you.

I am having technical difficulties right now, but I'll try to get some up by the end of the day. I have a pretty good one of the Alcoa Plant tower catching the setting sunlight (really cool pic).

FYI, Maryville reminds me of a town like Hastings Nebraska.

I look forward to the pics.

I don't know anything about Hastings, Nebraska. Is this a good thing?

Awesome Photos............I know I wasn't the one wanting to see them, but do u have any pictures of the neighborhoods themselves, is it pretty hilly there? I would imagine it is. I just want to get a general feel for the housing! And is it doable to get a nice house in a nice area for under 100,000? If so, what are the zipcodes so I can look them up?

Looks like my kind of retirement town.....!

Default I am so jealous

Why on earth am I living where I am when I could be living there, love those parks and that library is AWESOME. Places like that are usually expensive, and employment is scarce! So, I have to wonder!

It's fairly hilly. Nothing like SFO, but certainly not Kansas. The last time I looked you could find 3 bedroom trailers outside the city limits (lots of farms and very beautiful) for a bit under 100 with acerage. But if you have school aged kids, nothing is going to do but to live within city limits and that's BRUTAL.

TedTAce, thank you so very much for those pics! You can't even imagine how much you have helped my husband and I make a decision. From what I see of Maryville, I love it. It looks just like the type of town we're looking for. I'm definitely going to make plane reservations and take a trip down to see it in person.

Again, thank you so much for posting all those pics.

Barb

Thank you for posting those lovely pictures TedTAce. Some things I recognized from my brief visit and others I truly wish I had seen. It sure helps when one is agonizing long distance about where to move!!
