selling in Florida (house, to move, land)

I have 16 beautiful acres with a 4 bedroom house on it needs a little work Im either trying to sell it or trade for a nice peice of land in tennesse somewhere with a home on it it can be a fixer upper but i need at least 2 to 3 bedrooms and 3 to 5 acres Me and my sister are all we have left in our family and we are disabled for life as for me i have cancer and alot of bone problems she has had 2 total knee replacements and sometime finds it hard to walk. we are not picky we just want to get back to mother nature and the great spirit since we are 3/4 native and Irish so if anyone has any ideas please feel free to contact me at spotteddove66@aol.com we are going to try and move in hopefully a year... Try a realtor in florida. The FL market is tanking, so you might want to get some professional services to move it quicker. Most people want out of FL anyway... not the other way around.
