Thank you for all your help. It is very much appreciated. From all my reasearch & everyones help, Knoxville over all does seems like a really nice place to live. No place is perfect. We are planning a trip the end of May, so we'll beable to check it out and possibly purchase land.
Seems like tornado activity is less in E. TN then the rest of the state also. I was in Nashville when the tornado came through Feb. 2008. Really scarey when it's headed for the area where you are!
