I have two very good experiences with KWF; I chose KWF on the basis of at least recommendations from two neighbors. Yes, the ads are like car dealer ads--too much hawkiness. Oops. Almost forgot--friends in Seymour had great dealings with KWF and even had a chair replaced after one year's usage.
