Doc, I have the perfect way to challenge the property tax increase- be GONE before it comes due. Since we pay a year behind, we should be living on holy ground by the time the increase hits
![]() As for you question about increase in market value- our house has appreciated about 15% since I bought it, and that was ten years ago. So no- there is no correllation between the FMV of the house and the property tax increase. |
