Does anyone know how TN unemployment benefits work? I was laid off from my new job just 7 months after relocating here. My employers were cool, they are paying me for 2 more weeks without me going to work, and said they would gladly assist in helping me get my unemployment benefits should I still be unemployed in 2 weeks, which hopefully I won't as the day after I got the news I was out visiting places of opportunity and already have one interview lined up for next week.
Anyway, I guess I was wondering how much unemployment pays? Is it a percentage of your pay at the job you lost? |
