Knoxville short term rental advice needed (Clinton: apartments, leasing, home)

We have recently purchased and furnished a home in Knoxville but cannot move in until mid-August. We were considering to rent it out on a short-term temporary basis to a family or corporate situation. Where would you locate temporary but responsible renters? Anyone out there have experience with this kind of situation? Is it worth the risk?

You might try using a rental managment company to handle it for you since you are out of town.
