Hi ya'll....I'm going to be able to move in a couple of months and was wondering if ya'll could tell me of some realtors in the area that have rentals. I'm looking for a house or modular home (no apartments or townhouses ) and would like to be around the kodak or straw plains area. If I could have a few names I can go from there. I went online and just typed in the city name + realtors and it came up with a list and I contacted from there. We are looking to move to TN soon and my first plan was to use craigslist, but have gotten nothing but scammers, scammers, scammers, unfortunately.
If you do use CL, be very careful. I am still using it as a reference, but feel like if I did find something off of there, I'd have to check it very carefully.

For those using craigslist or other private rental ads; when looking at a property other than an apartment complex you can check the local tax records and find out who is actually paying the taxes on that property. This is free and is a public record. With this tax information common sense should prevail.

If you do use CL, be very careful. I am still using it as a reference, but feel like if I did find something off of there, I'd have to check it very carefully.
