Default Where's the real estate data?

After spending an hour "Googling", I'm finding that real estate data is very sparse...maybe I'm choosing the wrong search terms, but I expect to easily find ongoing, updated real estate data.

I moved to Knoxville a year ago and bought a house in Holston Hills. Although I love my neighborhood (beautiful 'round here).... I am coming to the conclusion that I am: a) not well suited to traditional homeownership (gardening, nice lawns... yech!), and b) born to be a renter!

I'm doing the requisite home ownership chores and upkeep, but it's not for me.

So there is almost no way to profit from selling a home that one has owned for only a year... so I am bracing myself for one heck of a money losing proposition!
Nevertheless, I would like to find a web link that provides up to date information on the state of real estate in Knoxville.

From the articles I have read, things may be slower... but nothing to worry about... nothing like the nation's hot spots.

So does anyone know of good sources for updated real estate sales info?

I am by far not a real estate expert; however, I like trulia.com. I am sure that there are other sites out there and I can't wait to hear about them! Hope this helps.

Kind regards.
