Default Where do you go river tubing?

We've just ordered our own tubes for river tubing. Other than Pigeon Forge and Townsend, where does your family go tubing? We like rivers with some rocks and at least a current to move you along. lol

We just drove over to Bryson City NC yesterday, and the small campground/hiking area there is great for tubing! You can tube downriver to the entrance, then get up and hike back to the end of the road to tube more, so you don't need 2 cars for ferrying back and forth. The water is deeper than the river here in the Smokies and there are less rocks to maneuver around. It was great for tubing, but it's a 2 hour drive. Looking for something a bit closer that we can use our own tubes on.

Thanks for any input!

Try Nantahala in NC or Ocoee off Echola in TN, I've been to both and they are fun.
