Arrow Relocating to Las Cruces

Hi all.I need some help or advice or leads on finding a home to buy near Las Cruces.I have contacted many realtors but can't find what I am looking for.I would like a rural home with enough land for a horse.I need two bedrooms but would like three.A nice view would be awsome!I am willing to buy land to build on if it is set up with well and septic.I am willing to buy an old junky mobile home on land to live in until I get a home built on the land. Also I see that there are a lot of manufactured, not mobile, homes for sale.Anyone know how well built these are? Are they like a regular home?I also may be willing to buy an old mobile in a park to live in until I find a house....I have to think that idea over a bit.I am anxious to leave PA.We got snow yesterday!Any help would be most appreciated! Thanks in advance!

Beth

Check out Dona Ana, Radium Springs, and Hacienda Acres for larger parcels allowing horses. South of LC in the valley is also an option, but more expensive.

Beth,

If I was to live in Cruces area I would like to live south toward Mesilla along the river or Northwest along 70 toward Alamogordo. Beautiful country!!!
If you are looking for a new manufactured home we have a manufacturer right here in Deming. They use 2 x 6 framing on exterior walls and use standard construction materials on plumbing and electric. Solitaire Homes is the name and everyone I know who has bought one has been satisfied. Good luck.

Sorry my mistake as i was thinking this was Alamogordo and not Las Cruces as i remember Hersheys Mom always posted about Alamo and also moved there. I should have opened my eyes and read the thread so i am wrong and appologize to Kemilia.
