Anyone know if/when they plan to extend The Sanctuary neighborhood in Mesilla? It looks as though the lots have been divided beyond the traffic circle on Sanctuary Avenue.

It seems as though the two parcels that are beyond San Pascual St are owned by the Rogers Group Inc, and have sat on these two land parcels since 2004. I will ask my managing broker if he has any more intel regarding these two lots. It's a 23-acre parcel. Given the state guideline for a minimum 3/4 acre plot for septic, you could see a pretty significant subdivision here.

Lets hope not. They aren't making any more land.
