It's supposed to be at the Mesilla plaza at 1:30, "gates" open at 11:30.

At least that's what I was told. Tickets are not required.

Wish I was going to be there...only a couple blocks from my house. Interesting that the "Las Cruces" event is in Mesilla, but it IS so much more photogenic (think TV and newspapers) than just about anywhere in LC itself. Someday I hope they can hold this type of thing in downtown LC, when there IS a downtown. Bienvenidos a Mesilla, Sen. Biden!
