New Mexico wont have a Republican Governor for the next 20 years, mark my words on that!

Yep, I'm a Republican Latina female, if you can believe it. I'm pretty conservative & used to be really far right but now I'm crawling more to the middle. I didn't vote for McSame, tho, but I did vote against gay marriage....

Well I would love to see a Latina Gov, one who stands up for them as well..but one who can also takle these immigration problems, I like the fact you did not vote for McCain, for one..he had nothing in store for the Middle Class, which makes up more than half of New Mexico's population, but were i probably have a hard time deciding to vote for ya is the whole gay marriage part.. I belive people should have equal rights especially in New Mexico, I also think its unfair to treat people different under the law, like prop 8 in california had its downfalls, i hope next time it fails. I have had a boyfriend before maybe thats why i tend to dissagree with some of these issues.

The Republican Party has noone to blame for this years losses except itself. Eight years of poor choices and bad decisions tend to turn off the general public. Of course the president himself was the main culprit. Cheney and Rumsfeld led him down a bad path. But all trends change with time and new choices and policies. If the Republican Party can reinvent itself, there can be a turnaround. Just MHO.
