Default Las Cruces Townhome +55 Communities

I've noticed a few LC residents in these forums and would appreciate info on Townhome communites geared to people over 55. What I'm really looking for is a quiet neighborhood. I know I it will be difficult to choose between a single family neighborhood and a townhome community.

There is one future adult gated community at the entrance of Mesilla, it's called Mesilla Park. They sell you the lot, where you can build your house to your specifications. Mesilla Park is going to be a very beautiful community. However, I didn't chose to buy there, because the terrain is very flat and I was looking for a hilly site. Don't take me wrong, the area is very nice and convenient, because is close to Mesilla and Rio Grande, where there is vegetation and farms land. Look for "Mesilla Park" in the Internet. Since you aren't planning to move right way, this might be a good option to consider.
