Interested in looking for a rental house in the Dos Suenos area. I need an objective opinion about that area. Is is safe area? Would you live there? We're adults in our 50's seeking a quiet neighborhood. Any opinions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

er... I'd steer clear of that specific area. There's a lot of problems with roads & such flooding.
