bozz is on a distinguished road
Default Deming or las Cruces

I just received a job offer from a plant off Afton Rd. (B008) and was curious if anybody had any input as to which city is more desirable. I like a country enviroment and would like to buy a home with 1 or more acres. The plant is 32 miles east of the Hwy 159 exit on I-10.
Thanks.

Las Cruces is a bigger city but you can get land and the feeling you want. Las Cruces has tons more to offer in every Category.

Deming is coming up though...at least is seems that way. When I was in high school (Grad of 1991/Onate in Las Cruces) Deming was a poorly regarded city and now I actually see people wanting to move to Deming. Big Change!

Although Las Cruces is superior to Deming in every catagory...... Deming must be growing as the NMAA announced that in 2007 or 2008 Deming will move up in classification to join the Las Cruces's/Alamogordo/Gadsen high schools in district 3-5A so enrollment is climbing at Deming high school.

Wow! Deming is moving into a powerhouse of a Football Division. Mayfield, Cruces, Onate, and sometimes Alamo. Tough draw there...

Orogrande? ...hmmm ...maybe someday....anyway Deming or Las Cruces...both are good ...I like Las Cruces better...but Deming real estate is cheaper (more bang for your buck) ...and Deming is growing fast too ...either one would be a good choice ....
