It kinda like watchin Mexico tv stations but with them in your'e face panhandeling and harassing you. It's the latest bum fad happening in many cities now and should be stopped. Check their id's and arrest records and if they are paying taxes like the rest of at least at a minimum and make them get city licenses...before I feel will feel safe around them. I am reading news items that say they are finding some of them to be child molesters, etc.

I agree with everything you said....until you came to 'child molestors'. That one is more than a bit extreme.

But everything else....check their ID's....make sure they get a city license...at the minimum. Maybe target the employer that sends them out there every night as well. What kind of company/business is that, anyways...that can't be audited or checked out.

I understood you completely. I just stated that I hate the porn slappers. While LVD and I were walking on the Strip Friday night, a good looking lady took a couple of cards, and threw them violently to the ground.

No, you said that they should be banned ("get rid of"). That's quite a bit different from merely stating that you hate them. And if you truly believe that the government should pick and choose who should be banned (porn slappers bad, street performers good) and by extention, who the ACLU should choose to support, then you did not understand my post.

Then shouldn't your disgust be directed at the "good looking lady" who broke the law by littering rather than the guy trying to earn a living? The woman could have either just given the cards back or deposited them in the nearest trash can. I'd be p.o.'d at her for dirtying up our city with her laziness and thoughtless behavior.

The porn slappers don't care who they push their cards on. If there had been any kids on the Strip as well, they would have shoved them at the kids as well.

I'm none too happy at the lady as well, wanton pollution is never the answer.

I don't care for the "commie pinko" label. I'm first generation Russian/Ukrainian on my mother's side of the family. For years if you espoused any sort of ethnic pride, you were slapped with a communist label. It's better now, but still nowhere near the level that the Irish or Italians enjoy.
