Is there a break on tuition if you live in Las Vegas, for my son to go to collage there.........

I hope your son knows how to spell College or the discussion of tuition might be pointless. And yes there is but I believe you need to prove that you have been living here for 6 months to a year before the benefit kicks in.

I believe you have to live in the state for 1 year to avoid paying out of state tution fees.

If you are talking about UNLV or UNR it is one year.

Residency requirement for college: 1 year

Residency for hunting and fishing license: 6 months.

Residency for deevorce: 6 WEEKS.

Marriage license: Just show up.

Anybody see a pattern here?

No wonder higher education is less popular in Nevada than getting drunk and waking up in a tent with a new bride and a dead deer.
