Hello, my family and I are possibly relocating to the Las Vegas area and have a few questions. We are coming from Cali and trying to find an apartment that is flexible with credit issues. It will be myself, wife and 3 children. We are looking for a 3bdrm / 2 bath apt in the Summerlin or Green Valley areas. Being as though we are from California, we have had some major credit issues recently and wondering how hard it will be to find an apartment without having to pay a huge amount of deposit like we would here in California. Does anyone know of a nice, safe, family friendly apartment that would be more flexible?

depends on whats wrong with the credit.. if it has to do with eviction, then you have a problem

You might check sites that deal in apartment rentals and call and find out their credit guidelines before you move here and start looking. That way you will have the need documents that will be required to give the property manager to ensure you get a rental.
