Is there a place on the internet or by phone where I can view past utility bills for a particular address? Could you be specific with phone #s & websites? This would assist me in purchasing a home. Thanks you.

Don't know the answer to your question, but the owner or realtor should provide you with those before you close. But what do they matter? You may like it to be cooler or warmer than the last guy. If it's a fairly new home it will be well insulated, so usage is usually up to you. If it's an older home it probably leaks like a sieve, so it may need more insulation. Your best investment would be to add digital thermostats if it doesn't already have them.

You can call NV Energy and get the past years average on a fully automated phone system, you never have to talk to anyone. The number is the main customer service phone number on the NV Energy homepage.

Thanks, WestieJeff, that's just what I needed. Of course I know there are lots of variables but this will help me out.
